We feature a
variety of locally raised meat products. All of the animals are raised
locally and processed at Cutting
Edge Meat, Inc., which is a small processing plant located in Newman,
CA. The plant was established in 2008 by the same family that owns the
Paicines Ranch to provide processing services to small and mid-size
California livestock producers.
